You can use this form to send complaints, praise, suggestions for improvement or other feedback to BVL's Department 5.
Your request will be forwarded to the Quality Management of Department 5 and from there to the responsible organizational units. After sending your request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address you provided.
An impartial classification and evaluation is carried out by an independent panel of experts within Department 5, the Quality Circle. If necessary, other employees and the Head of Department head are involved in the process. If necessary, appropriate measures will be taken. The implementation of these measures is subject to continuous monitoring by the Quality Circle. In the case of complaints and appeals, customers are informed transparently about the results of the assessment and the measures taken. In the event of delays in processing, the customer will be informed accordingly.
