BVL survey on the web-based database application EUginius
Participation in this survey is voluntary. If you do not wish to participate in the survey, you will not suffer any disadvantage. For your participation in the survey, we require your consent to the processing of your IP address. The IP address will be transmitted to a country outside the EU or EEA (so-called third country). Your IP address will only be processed in order to provide you with access to the survey and to enable you to participate. A linking of your IP address with your answers in the survey form does not take place. Your IP address will be deleted 14 days after transmission.
Your answers to the questions asked in the survey questionnaire and the text of your comments in free-text fields will not be linked to your IP address, but the content of the comments will be made known to the BVL. Your free text comments may be reproduced verbatim in the survey analysis. Therefore, anonymity cannot be guaranteed, as it cannot be ruled out that the information you provide in free-text fields may be directly or indirectly assigned to you on the basis of the wording or content. In order to participate in the survey, you must therefore declare your consent to the processing of your entries in the free-text fields.
If you intend to actively upload and provide presentations yourself via the "Mentimeter" application, please provide separate declaration regarding the corresponding data processing.
