BVL compiles an updated list of notifiable veterinary medicinal products biannually (May and November) from the official medicinal product information system. This list includes, among other details, the information required to unambigiously identify each product:

•     Marketing-authorisation number (Zulassungsnummer - ZNR)
•     Refrence-quantity unit
•     All approved pack sizes, including the national Package-ID
•     Pharmaceutical classification
